Rates per week:

• Low season: €2,450 per week (from January to May and mid-September to mid-December)

• High season: €2,850 (June to beginning of summer school holidays and school holidays except summer).

• Very high season: €3,550 (July and the last week of August) ,  €4,240 ( 1st and 2nd weeks of August) and €4,040 (3rd week of August)

• Christmas week €2,950 - New Year's eve week €3,150

 

Rates per Weekend: (minimum 2 nights)

•   Weekend 2 nights: €1,450 (Low season),

•                                    1,550 € (High Season) 

•   Weekend 3 nights: €1,900 (including a public holiday)

•   Weekend 4 nights: €2,250 (with a public holiday)

•   Christmas weekend: €2,450 (4 nights)

•   New year's eve weekend: €2,750 (4 nights)

​The services included in this rental are: professional quality sheets, towels, bath mats, end of stay cleaning.

A deposit check will be requested upon arrival. (1000€ for the week and 500€ for a weekend) Allow for the tourist tax of 1.00€ per adult per night.

Arrival times are usually at 5:00 p.m. and departures before 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays or around 5:00 p.m. on Sundays for weekends.
